Sailor Moon ready for Action

I was very excited taking this picture. It's the first time that I laid eyes on a Sailor Moon Cosplayer. XD This was one of my first Cosplay photos. Thanks goes to ssfseiyakou for letting me know that this Cosplayer is the Manga / Artbook version of Sailor Moon. I was wondering about the pink boots and bow but didn't have time to ask her.
